An old dream has come true for the people living in and around the second district. The Gyarmati Dezső Swimming Pool on Máriaremetei Street was handed over, with a large thickness of RAVATHERM XPS thermal insulation installed in its flat roof.
The special feature of the building in terms of thermal insulation is that 28 cm thick thermal insulation was installed on its flat roof, which greatly contributes to the economical maintenance of the building. Professional contractors are increasingly routinely using thick thermal insulation, so you can confidently work with such special products in the future. Gyarmati Dezső Swimming Pool has become a complex, the operation of which only moderately burdens our environment thanks to its excellent thermal insulation. Thus, we can once again be part of a process that tries to reduce the adverse effects of climate change, since more than 3,500 m2 of RAVATHERM XPS closed-cell polystyrene foam insulation in various thicknesses was installed on the roof alone.
In the indoor space, two water surfaces, each 25 x 25, can be created by dividing the 50 x 25 pool into two, in a total of 10 lanes. The outdoor pool is 33 x 20, and a 20 x 10 learning pool has also been created, in which children are taught every morning.
