Investments in sustainable residential properties with low energy consumption are currently underway in Hungary. Not far from the Római Fürdő, an entire residential park was built along this line. Small, big, one thing is for sure, you always need to insulate. Our ancestors already knew this and they know this on the King’s Road as well, which is why the basements of the houses of the luxury residential park are protected with RAVATHERM XPS thermal insulation.
The luxurious residential park with the fantastic name The Village was built in one of the frequented areas of Budapest, on Kings Road, not far from the Danube bank. On the 27,664 m2 net floor area, there are 4,207 m2 of built-up floor area, 22 villas, 20 boathouses, 1 community building, 1 gate and 1 outdoor pool. The 22 villas consist of seven different types of villa buildings, with a floor area of 104-134 m2 gross per floor.
During the construction, the transparent installation and the achievement of a sense of spaciousness were the primary considerations, in addition, the design of the residential park is adapted to the existing conditions, the location of the tree line and the level of the flood. Accordingly, the entire area was filled in accordance with the expected flood level, thus protecting the buildings, gardens and terraces from the annual flood.
