The latest development of the FITOUT company group, the RHODIUM Office building, is located on the corner of Lomb and Fáy Street. The building has a BREEAM Excellent rating, which guarantees sustainable and environmentally friendly operation, with low energy consumption and no CO2 emissions.
The development will take place at the former site of the FITOUT company group. Once the demolition and foundation work has been completed, the structural construction work will be completed by the end of 2023. The expected date of handover of the building is expected to be the end of 2024. The insulation works were carried out by Watertight Ltd. by RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL thermal insulation of high thickness, taking advantage of the reverse layering during construction.
The building has many modern and environmentally friendly solutions. The VRV cooling-heating system ensures the right temperature, while the solar panel park on the roof contributes to energy efficiency. The building is completely Co2-free, as there is no gas in it, and thus boasts a BREEAM Excellent rating. LED lighting provides an energy-saving solution, and electric charging stations are available for cars and bicycles. The office design prioritizes employee satisfaction, with in-house design and construction services.
