The newest hotel in the city was built under the name Modero Health Concept Hotel Sárvár, which was built by Market, was realized in its execution.
The facility is located behind the Sárvár hospital, next to the Boating Lake, on a 3.7-hectare area. Unione Sárvár Ltd. is also the builder and future operator of the hotel.
A unique and special concept was created
The hotel was built with more than ten billion forints, supported by the Hungarian government with 2.5 billion Forints. The hotel, which represents the highest quality, was built using the features of the town’s spa – implementing a holistic tourism concept.
Unione Sárvár Ltd. according to its managing director, the hotel with a unique concept was finally realized after 15 years of preparation.
“Offering something unique and special, they decided to create a health-focused facility in Hungary that offers a five-star service paying attention to the health of the guests who come here for a week. Here, they can use services at the same time, in one package, which they cannot get anywhere else,” the report continues.
The 83-room, premium-category hotel was built with a reverse-layered flat roof, which was covered with 20 cm thick RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL thermal insulation.
