Váci Greens office complex received its final form after nearly a decade of persistent work.
With the completion of buildings E and F, the last elements of Váci Greens were put in place. The building complex not only radiates a high-quality, elegant appearance, the building structures themselves are also built from high-quality building materials.
The last two office buildings of the six-building campus, buildings E and F, have also been handed over, with which the project that started in the 2010s and has now become one of the most decisive developments in the Budapest office market has been completely completed. The grandiose green project not only attracted many well-known tenants to the Váci Street office corridor, but also significantly contributed to shaping its image.
16 cm thick RAVATHERM XPS 300 WB extruded polystyrene foam thermal insulation was installed on the socle of the office buildings, and 22 cm RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL on the flat roof in an amount of more than 1400 m3!
The planning and design of Váci Greens combines contemporary architectural solutions with the latest construction technologies, thanks to which tenants can count on low operating costs. In addition, the environmental awareness of the project is unique, which is marked by the BREEAM “Excellent” rating. We are pleased that for this result Ravago Building Solutions Hungary Ltd. could also contribute with its energy-efficient XPS thermal insulation products.
The building complex also represents the highest technical quality: energy-saving and environmental protection solutions have been applied – intelligent building monitoring system, district heating, use of geothermal heat pumps, heat recovery system, gray water utilization, optimized use of natural light, low-energy lighting system, high-quality heat and sound insulation. The megaproject ended with a total of 123,000 m2 of tenant space.
