Haladás Stadium in Szombathely was handed over in October 2017, and RAVATHERM XPS thermal insulation was installed on the flat roofs and below ground level of the nearly 9,000-seat complex.
The central part of the building is the fully covered grandstand with a capacity of 8,940 people (of which 8,064 are home fans, 876 are away fans) and the 68 x 105 meter field, but the building also houses, among other things, two handball halls, weight rooms (for weightlifters, boxers, wrestlers), a fitness room, and a VIP section. and 12 skyboxes.
During the construction of the Haladás Stadion’s 15.6 million investment multi-faceted multi-sports complex, due to its wide range of uses, it was necessary to install thermal insulation that can withstand several types of loads, in addition to meeting energy-efficient operating conditions thanks to its excellent thermal insulation properties. Thus, in order to create a thermal envelope, all points of the stadium exposed to extra stress, where serious heat loss or a thermal bridge may develop, received 20 cm thick RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL thermal insulation, in a total amount of nearly 1000 m3.
