In Esztergom, the nearly 7 billion Forint investment was built in Táncsics Street leading up to the Mária Valéria Bridge, on Prímás Island, which, after many years of delay, was finally completed by Market Építő developed into its current form.
The hotel has several walkable roof terraces, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surroundings. The terraces were designed with an inverted layer order, in which the appropriate energetic level was ensured by the installation of 20 cm thick RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL extruded polystyrene foam.
The hotel will be created with, among other things, the following functions and buildings:
a 220-person restaurant with an outside terrace and a 600-serving kitchen; a large hall suitable for holding conferences and lectures, which can be divided into 3 parts, for about 370 people, and in addition 6 smaller halls; fitness room and wellness area; two electric car fast charging points; a playground for children and a related buffet.
