How long have you worked for Ravago, and what have been the highlights to date?
I have worked at Ravago for nearly 2 years. The highlight has been getting to know various people in the industry and receiving positive feedback from my customers for the hard work I put in.
Tell us a bit about how this role differs to your last position?
My previous employment was in an insurance call centre, fast paced and impersonal. This role enables me to personally get to know my customers and liaise with a variety of individuals in different roles – everyday is different!
What, for you, is the most satisfactory part of working in the Customer Service team?
As cliché as it sounds, it is the customer satisfaction ensuring they are happy even in tricky situations – knowing I’ve tried my best is key. Resolving customer queries, i.e. site/delivery issues, can be stressful at times but is also rewarding.
What are your main interests/hobbies outside of work?
Family are a huge part of my life, especially my dogs; I adopted my sausage dog in January of 2020. Music is also a passion of mine, it’s very rare you catch me without a headphone in. I also like to travel, the feeling when you get off the plane isn’t easily beaten. I’ll never go to the same place twice!
