What is Ravatherm XPS X ULTRA 300 SL?
Ravatherm XPS X ULTRA 300 SL is an extruded polystyrene (XPS) thermal insulation board with a declared thermal conductivity of 0.027 W/m.K according to BS EN 13164:2012+A1:2015. This is the lowest lambda value of any UK manufactured XPS roofing board accompanied by a BBA certificate. Ravatherm XPS X ULTRA 300 SL is used for insulating inverted green and blue roofs, as well as terrace roofs, car park decks and refurbishments.

What is the CCPI?
The Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) is a voluntary scheme that sets out clear standards for the accuracy, clarity and accessibility of construction product information. Developed by the Construction Products Association and administered by Construction Product Information Ltd, the scheme provides greater confidence that assessed product information is clear, accurate, up-to-date, accessible and unambiguous, giving greater confidence in material data.
Is Ravago CCPI assessed?
Yes. Ravago Building Solutions UK is the first XPS manufacturer to be assessed as conforming with the CCPI for its entire Ravatherm XPS X construction product range.

Ravago Building Solutions applies documented internal review processes to ensure product information is accurate, consistent and maintained over time. This includes governance of technical data, periodic review of published materials and alignment with external certification and assessment frameworks.

What data is included in the Ravatherm XPS X DoP?
Where robust test data exists, Ravago aims to declare performance values within a DoP rather than defaulting to “NPD” (No Performance Determined), helping support informed decision‑making. “NPD” is used only where a characteristic is not relevant to the intended use, cannot be meaningfully measured under the applicable standard, or is not required to be declared.
Does Ravatherm XPS X have an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)?
Yes. Ravago has invested in product-specific Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for Ravatherm XPS X rather than relying on generic industry data. EPDs provide independently verified, standardised information about the environmental impact of a product over its lifecycle, helping designers assess materials as part of a wider building assessment.
Does Ravatherm XPS X have independent third-party certification?
Yes. Selected Ravatherm XPS X product variants are accompanied by British Board of Agrément (BBA) certification, which provides independent confirmation of performance, durability and suitability for use in specific UK construction applications.

Clean, uncontaminated XPS off‑cuts generated during installation are also recyclable, supporting a more circular approach to material use when appropriate segregation and recycling routes are followed.
DELIVERIES AND LOGISTICS
Where does Ravago deliver?
Ravago delivers to mainland England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland from its UK manufacturing and distribution facility.
What are typical delivery lead times?
Standard delivery lead times are typically three to four working days from receipt of order, subject to availability and location.
How are products delivered?
Ravatherm XPS X products are supplied in packs or bulk units depending on type and thickness. Deliveries are typically made using curtain-sided or flat-bed articulated vehicles. Rigid flatbed delivery vehicles can also be arranged, subject to availability. All sites must have appropriate offloading facilities.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING
How are Ravago products packaged?
Ravatherm XPS X products are supplied in bulk units containing pre-wrapped packs, secured with an outer protective wrap to protect products during transport and assist with handling.
Do you need fork extensions for bulk packs of Ravatherm XPS X?
No. Bulk units of Ravatherm XPS X for construction applications can be offloaded from a curtain-sided vehicle by a standard forklift. If a delivery is on a flat-bed vehicle and is not being offloaded by crane, fork extensions will be required.
Can bulk units be split on site?
Yes. Bulk units can be divided into smaller pre-wrapped units once offloaded, allowing for phased installation and manual movement around site.
