MASTEREMACO T 1400 FR

MasterEmaco T 1400 FR is a fibre-reinforced, fast setting traffic repair mortar.

Steel and synthetic fiber-reinforced MasterEmaco T 1400 FR delivers R4-class repairs at speed with ease. This ultra-durable repair mortar can handle live traffic during works, cold temperatures, and bad weather conditions, while still providing excellent performance, with extra-fast strength build-up and final mechanical strength.

MasterEmaco T 1400 FR a is a one-part, cement-based, flowable, high-strength repair and bedding mortar that provides rapid strength build-up even at sub-zero temperatures. Its steel-fiber component delivers high tensile strength under extreme traffic loads and constant vibration typical for bridge joints, with improved durability and very low drying shrinkage. As a pourable mortar, it makes fast work of horizontal repairs.

Thanks to its advanced formulation, MasterEmaco T 1400 FR can be used at temperatures below freezing while still curing quickly.

Even at -5°C, MasterEmaco T 1400 FR achieves a compressive strength greater than 45 Mpa after just 24 hours. Its final strength of more than 80 Mpa makes MasterEmacoT 1400 FR suitable for the heaviest traffic.

In use, it offers skid resistance even when wet.
