Access Panels

RAVAGO HELLAS ‘s access panels are made from high-quality aluminum frames and components. The panel is from a moisture resistance gypsum board according to EN 520. Access panels producing on standard dimensions, but upon request could be produced on customized sizes and different kinds of panels (cement board, fire-resistant boards, etc.) with max. total surface up to 1,0m².

Ceiling Access Panels

Made by aluminum profile for the ceiling frame and for the hatch, covered by gypsum board, thickness 12,5mm. Hatch opens by push lock/unlock system, with mini latch or spring mechanism and it is removable for easy finishing and painting, such as for easy access to the ceiling. There is a security stop to the hatch to ensure that the hatch will not fall, all screws are covered by protection plastic caps.

Wall Access Panels

Made by aluminum profile for the frame and hatch, covered by gypsum board thickness 12,5mm. Hatch has a hinge and opens by push lock/unlock system with mini latch or spring mechanism. All screws are covered by protection plastic caps.

Dust Proof

Access panels for the ceiling and wall could have rubber or brush to the hatch in order to block dust and air.

Access panel with double-layer gypsum board

Access panel with double gypsum board (2×12,5mm), it is not having a hinge, but it could be used for walls and linings.

Sets for assembling access panels

It is a set that includes 4 aluminum profiles, 2 for frame and 2 for a hatch, with its corner connectors, ready to assemble. In order to assemble a complete panel, it needs 2 sets, there is not a locking mechanism. Pros; economy, panel can be having two different dimension sets, customer can choose the type of covering.
