MASTEREMACO S 1180 PG

MasterEmaco S 1180 PG is a castable mortar for structural restoration, rheodynamics.

MasterEmaco S 1180 PG is a pourable, structural, high performance and resistance cementitious repair mortar. 

MasterEmaco S 1180 PG can be applied with rheoplastic or rheodynamic consistency depending on the amount of water in the mix according to the type of application to be carried out (for example, sloping applications). 

The innovative PWS technology creates a sort of slow-release “internal water tank” that allows better maturation, drastically reducing the tendency to crack and allowing application even on particularly absorbent substrates.

MasterEmaco S 1180 PG provides a protective barrier for the armor, thus ensuring high recovery durability of the intervention even in the absence of passivating (for further application thicknesses of 10 mm).

This product has been designed to simplify as much as possible the preparation phases of the support concrete, the application ones and the finishing ones, while guaranteeing very high durability to the intervention.

It can be applied by casting for interventions of thickness from 10 to 200 mm, without the need to be reinforced with an electro-welded mesh.

MasterEmaco S 1180 PG can be applied indoors and outdoors, in dry and humid environments.
