We received overwhelmingly positive feedback in our first-ever customer survey, which we carried out in February 2022.
Customers taking part were asked to rate Ravago for our products, account management and deliveries. While the results were very encouraging, we are of course determined to use them to continue to improve our offering and boost customer satisfaction still further.
Over three-quarters of respondents said they felt highly valued as a Ravago customer.
A similar percentage said they felt well-informed about their orders and deliveries, while nearly two thirds (63%) would recommend Ravago products to a customer or colleague.
While we are pleased that customers feel valued and rate our products highly (for example 85% rated thermal performance as the most valuable feature), this survey shows where we can improve. Our delivery options, with a star rating of 3.9/5, for example, was the lower score and although all companies in our sector have been challenged by deliveries in the past year, we will be looking at that closely to see how we can make improvements.
Although in an ideal world we would want to see five-star ratings all round, ratings of around four stars (typical average) help us direct our efforts and make sure we never stop trying to improve our service to our customers. Past studies have resulted in changes such as our new packaging, introduced in December 2018 after learning how our customers were handling our products. We made it simpler to unload our deliveries and break the packaging down into smaller sizes.
Customers who took part in the survey were entered into a prize draw for a £250 John Lewis voucher. The lucky winner was Chris Collins of M&J Services Ltd. Congratulations to him, and thank you to everyone who took part.
