The construction of a 300 million euro shopping center, Etele Plaza began in Budapest in 2018.
The work was characterized by the fact that the formwork surface is 165 thousand square meters and the built-in concrete is 53 thousand cubic meters. The gross area of the 137.000 m2 building is located at the junction of Kelenföld railway station, metro number 4, several bus and tram services, and in close proximity to the M1 – M7 motorways in the capital.

The roof surfaces include a simple gravel-loaded roof, a green roof and even a roof which can be used for certain leisure activities. RAVATHERM XPS 500 SL thermal insulation has been incorporated into the parking roof layer. The building houses 180 stores with a total leasable area of 55,000 square meters.
