Mol Tower under construction will be the first skyscraper in Hungary. By the end of the summer it had already reached its final height, so the 143 meter high building is more than half ready.
The building not only takes pride in its huge numbers but also principles of environmental awareness. The 28 floors of the 143 meter high tower house have a total floor area of 86 000 square meters. The foundations of the building was laid by Mol in October 2018.
The reinforced concrete structure of the tower building is ready, and the steel structure of the crown is being assembled, as well as the installation of elements of the facade system.
Mol Tower will be one of the most innovative and greenest office buildings in Budapest.
The office building will also represent the highest level in terms of energy saving, environmental awareness and sustainability. The floor structure has RAVATHERM XPS 700 SL in it, for the roof structure RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL was used in a thickness of 240 mm.
