Ravago has reached an agreement to buy Dow’s European extruded polystyrene insulation (XPS) business. The divestment includes all XPS operations at Dilovasi, Turkiye; Drusenheim, France; Kings Lynn, United Kingdom; Lavrion, Greece; Norrkoeping, Sweden; Rheinmuenster and Schkopau, Germany, as well as Marketing and Sales based in Europe. The transaction was closed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
