Metrolife Istanbul Sancaktepe project, built by Sinpaş GYO, consists of 544 residences and 11,000 square meters of bazaar area. The project, launched as Sancaktepe’s Boutique Project with its low-rise architecture, manifests its assertion of offering comfort without going out in terms of social life with its shops, restaurants and cafes in the bazaar with a large square.
Ravaber/Ravatherm Rockwool, which has been supplying products to many different valuable projects since its establishment in Turkiye in 2008, was the choice of this large project. 32,000 m2 of Ravatherm Rockwool, included in the Ravago Building Solutions product family, was used for thermal insulation purposes in the project. The project, where 25,000 m2 of 150 kg/m3, 5 cm Ravatherm Rockwool was preferred for facade insulation and 7,000 m2 of 150 kg/m3 and 3 cm Rockwool was preferred for sill details, is planned to be completed in 2021.
