Most of the tenants have already moved into the Millennium Gardens complex developed by TriGranit. Environmental sustainability and a healthy working environment were considered of utmost importance in the design of the building, and RAVATHERM XPS also contributed to the outstanding energy level.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swietelsky Hungary Ltd. built the Millennium Gardens office center in the development of TriGr\u00e1nit, which includes 37,000 square meters of rentable offices. The project was carried out with the participation of Bayer Construct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investment is also significant because the 10-story Millennium Gardens is the last element of the Millennium City Center. The building, designed with green solutions and meeting the BREEAM Very Good rating, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Palace of Arts, the National Theater and the K&H headquarters, on the banks of the Danube at the foot of the R\u00e1k\u00f3czi Bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the A category office building, in the spirit of environmental awareness, a bicycle storage room with showers and changing rooms for storing more than 200 bicycles will be created. In addition, electric car charging stations will be provided in the office building. The complex will be served by a parking lot with more than 500 spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When designing the building, sustainability aspects were also taken into account, as evidenced by the BREEAM “Excellent” and Access4You “Gold” ratings. RAVATHERM XPS 300 SL<\/a> closed-cell polystyrene foam, which has excellent thermal insulation properties and was installed in the inverted flat roof, was used in a 22 cm thickness and in an amount of more than 1000 m3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thousands of square meters of green space created in and around the office building also serve to improve the quality of life of the people in the area and those who work here, and the project will also be the location of an international film production, which also perfectly exemplifies the high-quality design of the building’s exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
