In vele gevallen wordt de ruimte onder het dak ook gebruikt als leefruimte. Het is daarom zeer belangrijk om te zorgen voor een aangenaam comfort, om warmteverliezen te vermijden en om condensatie tegen te gaan.<br \/>\nBij het Sarking-principe wordt de isolatie bovenop de dakspanten geplaatst.
